DEALER SERVICES
We are a dealer for Kenwood/EF Johnson, Bendix King, as well as Midland Radio. This allows us quick, and often in-house, access to equipment and parts. We service other radios outside of these manufacturers, however we can not guarantee a solution to your request. Alongside these, we also offer Zetron equipment and installs for entities requiring large-scale dispatch services.
RADIO REPAIRS
We specialize in the repair of a broad range of radios, including mobiles and portables. We have in-house tools to disassemble, rebuild, test antenna strength, along with many other capabilities. If your radio is for a manufacturer that we offer Dealer Services for, we will likely be able to get it fixed without having to order parts, avoiding increased wait time and costs.
RADIO INSTALLS
Our expertise and 25+ years of experience guarantee we can install your radio where it is most convenient. This ranges from vehicle to structure installs. These installs include dash mounts, remote head mounts, antenna install and testing, cable pulling, and programming. These installs include other devices, such as cell boosters.
TOWER CLIMBING
Our team of professionally trained and qualified climbers/rescuers allow us to offer basic tower services. This includes antenna troubleshooting and installs, ground equipment servicing, as well as equipment tear down.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Alongside all of our other services, we operate and maintain local 911 Dispatch Centers, Law Enforcement agencies, Fire Departments, Wildland Fire, as well as Hospitals 24/7. As we are a Zetron dealer, our Zetron Certified team is able to install, assess, and troubleshoot any dispatch issues on-site or remotely. Furthermore, we have encryption capability allowing us to reprogram and troubleshoot radios used by secure agencies.
